What is Busroot?

Busroot is a dedicated manufacturing performance platform with the goal of providing a complete, accurate and real-time set of key manufacturing performance metrics, out of the box. These metrics and insights are presented via a modern, web-based interface.

The data models produced by Busroot serve as the single source of truth for both real-time and historical activity on the shop floor. This makes it ideal to not only drive decision making as is, but to also inform other reporting that relies on accurate shop-floor context (such as predictive maintenance and AI-based automation).

Busroot directly connects machines via a wide range of supported methods. It is hardware agnostics, allowing for any IoT sensor, PLC or data acquisition unit to provide data into the platform.

Busroot has 100% API coverage for all inputs and outputs.
