Operator Tablet

Overview

For manual assembly stations or just as an immediate way to connect production to Busroot, the Operator Tablet allows input of all necessary production data directly from a station.

Operator initials

On opening the tablet each operator can enter their initials which will be logged with production data.

To switch user, press profile icon and enter new user initials.

Production Complete (good/bad)

Record both good and bad units, tapping + to add quantity for good and - for bad then Submit.

Up to the last 3 entries can be edited in the production history by selecting Undo.

Assign to Station

Assign the tablet to a work station by pressing Station change and selecting from the list, then press Select.

Work Order Select

To change work order press Schedule change and select from the list of orders available for that station.
