OEE Analysis

Understand production losses vs the theoretical maximum output of your operation.

PreviousSchedulingNextEnergy Monitoring

Last updated 1 month ago

OEE is a popular metric for measuring manufacturing equipment against its theoretical maximum potential.

Busroot provides a complete (availability, performance and quality), accurate and clear way to track OEE on any manufacturing process.

No additional configuration is required to enable OEE analysis.

  • Production Schedules

  • Downtime Periods

  • Production Output (Good parts)

  • Production Output (Bad parts)

  • Target Cycle Times per SKU

Beyond the standard components of OEE (availability, performance, quality), Busroot will also provide the time lost through equipment not being scheduled (aka schedule loss), and lost through planned non-production such as maintenance (aka planned non-production loss).
