# Production Tracking + Downtime Detection

Under ADMIN in your Busroot Menu please follow these steps to setup your account to monitor production tracking in your account: <br>

Assuming you have completed all setup steps for asset utilisation and downtime detection <br>

STATION&#x20;

1. Set the Performance Mode to how you want to track production&#x20;
2. Set a Performance Target for the station. This will only be used if there is not a performance target set at SKU level.&#x20;
3. Set a minimum cycle time (optional)&#x20;
4. If you are monitoring line speed; please contact the Busroot team to assist in the calibration.
5. Under productive Status mode select line speed&#x20;
6. Set a Line speed stopped threshold (in minutes)&#x20;
7. Set the Downtime Detection mode to Production Cycle Monitoring<br>

SKU

1. Add your SKU’s. Either individually or upload a file directly to Busroot&#x20;
2. Key information to include is:&#x20;
3. SKU Code&#x20;
4. SKU name&#x20;
5. SKU Performance target&#x20;
6. Batch size (optional)&#x20;
7. Downtime duration threshold multiplier <br>

SCHEDULING

1. In order to monitor downtime a schedule needs to be running for each station. Following the steps in the Scheduling section, add a ‘Continuous’ type schedule. To understand the best way to schedule for your operations please go the Scheduling.<br>
