# Onboarding

Here’s what you can expect at the start of our onboarding journey:&#x20;

#### 1. Hardware Delivery:

To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm if this is the best address for us to send your hardware?

Additionally, to make setup effortless, we’ll pre-program your devices. If you could share your WiFi details (SSID and password), that would be fantastic.

#### 2. Meet Your Customer Success Team:

We’d love to introduce you to your dedicated customer success contact and answer any questions you might have. We know your time is valuable, so please feel free to book a quick introductory call at your convenience using this link: \[Schedule a call here]

We’re looking forward to working with you and making sure everything goes smoothly. If you have any questions in the meantime, just let us know!

#### 3. Busroot Platform Login: <a href="#id-4.1.-busroot-platform-login" id="id-4.1.-busroot-platform-login"></a>

To login into your Busroot account, use this URL: <https://eu-west-2-2.busroot.com/>

Enter your work email address. No password needed. You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on the link in the email, will open access to your Busroot account. Please let the Busroot support team know when you have done this and they will change your status to 'Admin'.

All members of your team will need to login using this method.

# Agent Instructions
This documentation is published with GitBook. GitBook is the documentation platform designed so that both humans and AI agents can read, navigate, and reason over technical content effectively. Learn more at gitbook.com.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.output.industries/platform-onboarding/onboarding.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
