First Step Account Setup

Under ADMIN in your Busroot Menu please follow these steps to setup your account, these steps are required for all types of monitoring and downtime detection.

PLANT

1. Name your plant

2. Set your timezone (Europe/London for GMT)

SHIFT PATTERNS

1. Setup one or multiple shift patterns depending on when your stations are operating

STATION

1. Name your station

2. Assign each station to a group (you can setup groups in Station Groups)

3. Select the shift pattern for each station

4. (optional) set an idle time value (£ per min)

REASONS

1. You will see a set of generic downtime and non-production reasons. You can edit/delete/add to this list to customise for your operations.

NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES

1. Select emails you would like to receive if stoppages occur and/or daily downtime summary emails
