Connecting Stations

Last updated 9 days ago

Stations can be added to the account via the 'Stations Admin' page.

Once it is added here, it will appear in the list of all stations and be available to select from the tablet.

If this station is an entirely manual process (i.e. operators packing products manually), no further steps are required. The operator can now use the tablet to start scheduled and track production.

If this station is to be monitored automatically, the remote unit (IoT sensor, DAU or PLC) will need to be connected to the Busroot MQTT broker.

MQTT Broker

In order for the device to connect to the MQTT broker, it must have an ID and Access Token. These can be generated from the 'Devices' page in the admin section.
